12/06/2026 – To all users of the Full-Bore Rifle Range at Cambridge GC Ltd,
Please be advised that, following careful consideration of all relevant factors, including the health, safety, and comfort of both our staff and customers, we have taken the decision to restrict the use of muzzle brakes on our enclosed full-bore rifle range.
Effective 26 June 2026, rifles fitted with muzzle brakes will no longer be permitted for use on the range.
All rifle calibres may continue to be used provided they are fitted with either:
A plain clear-crowned barrel or an approved sound moderator.
Moderators incorporating muzzle brake designs will continue to be permitted and are not affected by this change.
Flash hiders fitted to AR-15 platform rifles will also remain permitted and are not affected by this restriction.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in complying with this amendment to our range regulations.
